Facing the challenges of rising membership numbers, the leadership was not only tasked with expanding physical space, they also needed to put focus on shepherding and training this growing community in discipleship. To tackle these issues, they began to create books and training materials to document their methods, aiming to benefit both internal audiences and other leaders and churches nationwide seeking improvement.
