Return Of The King: Week 3 – Christian Putman

Return Of The King: Week 3 – Christian Putman

1 Chronicles 29:10-13- Then David praised the Lord in the presence of the whole assembly: “O Lord, the God of our ancestor Israel,[i] may you be praised forever and ever! Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things. Wealth and honor come from you alone, for you rule over everything. Power and might are in your hand, and at your discretion people are made great and given strength. “O our God, we thank you and praise your glorious name!

WHAT DO WE DO?

  • Are we living a ready life?
  • 1 Peter 4:7, Matthew 24:42-44
  • What does being ready mean?
  • Knowing the Word, walking with Jesus, pursuing others, prepared for persecution.
  • 2 Corinthians 5:18-21
  • We know the beginning from the end.

Revelation 12:10-11- Then I heard a loud voice shouting across the heavens, “It has come at last— salvation and power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down to earth— the one who accuses them before our God day and night. And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die. Therefore, rejoice, O heavens! And you who live in the heavens, rejoice! But terror will come on the earth and the sea, for the devil has come down to you in great anger, knowing that he has little time.” Therefore, rejoice, O heavens! And you who live in the heavens, rejoice! But terror will come on the earth and the sea, for the devil has come down to you in great anger, knowing that he has little time.”

• For all who are in Christ we don’t fight for victory, we fight from it.

• Are you and the ones you love following Jesus?
